How many people should come from my organization?
To maximize your benefits from this event - by getting the most out of our Educational Sessions, Product Advisory Meeting, HIM Directors Forum and more - we recommend that each organization send 3-4 representatives. HIM Directors, Transcription Managers, and IT staff are all encouraged to attend.
Why can only one person from each organization attend the Product Advisory Meeting?
The Product Advisory Meeting (PAM) is a facilitated, interactive meeting that provides our customers an opportunity to share their ideas for our future product development, and we vote on those ideas at each year's meeting. By having one representative per customer organization, we find we get a fair level of input across all customers. However, we encourage each organization's representative to gather feedback from their colleagues prior to joining the meeting!
What is the attire?
The attire for the User Meeting is business casual.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, if you would like to bring your spouse, he or she may accompany you to our networking and social events for a fee (see Pricing for more information). We ask that the Educational Sessions be attended by eScription users only.
What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?
Please indicate this information on the Registration Form or contact Carrie Flammia at Carrie.Flammia@eScription.com and we will ensure your meals are appropriately prepared.
When should I plan my flights?
If your schedule allows, plan to arrive in Boston on Sunday for our afternoon museum event at 3:00pm and Welcome Reception on Sunday evening at the Westin starting at 6:30 pm. The conference will kick-off first thing Monday morning! We will conclude by 3:00 pm on Tuesday for your return flights home, and it is about a 15 minute trip to the airport.
Keep in mind, we will be offering eScription University classes on Sunday, April 27.
Will I have time to meet with my Account Manager?
Yes, there will be plenty of time to meet with your Account Manager during the meeting. If you'd like to set up a specific time to meet, please contact your Account Manager directly.
What is the Million Dollar Award?
Each year at our User Meeting, eScription presents awards to customers that achieve cost savings of $1 million dollars or reach a new level of million dollar savings using Computer Aided Medical Transcription.
